To the editor

The following was received today. Unlike Harry's blog, we dont edit things.

Had a quick look at this new site and fuck me.A guy who was giving it large on here about how many millions he had, or his brother had or his son had or some such pish - was or is a bankrupt - and it would appear so is his wife, or ex-wife,according to the details posted on this site.

Don't see too many denials on the famous blog but if it's wrong it'll be interesting to read the denial.

So to recap, we have an alleged bankrupt beating the drum for a current bankrupt using australian money to support and defend the two alleged bankrupts.

Said it before and I'll say it again - you couldn't make it fucking up. I thought Ian was brighter than that.

Meanwhile the Trust seem keen to play for a draw despite the mails that have been openly available due to the two very indiscrete Antipodean and Hypocritical "Doctor",sorry I meant Hippocratic, detailing admissions of errors in compiling the accounts,at the third attempt of making them up and the fourth time of asking, and open offers to make recompense to the Trust by a certain other party.

Sometimes these three parties forget what they shared by email early on in all of this.Ernie, if you need a few bob for hosting rights for that blog of yours this year,we'll sponsor you. What an absolute dick. Loving it No amount of daft photos you doctored,or emails you doctored or threats you made make up for that. If you want to give us a shout anytime, we'll let you reverse the charges.

Stick another daft wee article on your blog after your read this,we're looking forward to it.But beware, this initial revelation about you is just the tip of the iceberg. Not just about you "doctor" but also about others close to you as well,so your move. Be careful what you wish for though. Anything we have will be made available to the blog. We got a great wee mail earlier on tonight which really interested us. Its amazing what people can find out when they stoop to levels similar to the "doctor" so your move "doctor".

Also got yet another fascinating phone call from Greenock in the last few days and what a revelation that was.Someone's been telling lies "doctor" and now they're realising they've fucked things up and for their own reasons can't be seen to get involved in a court case.

Strange how when you remind people of their past they realise they might have been more than just a wee bit dumb.

The Trust will shit themselves and settle for a draw on this, to their shame. The "doctor" will get a free draw cos the Trust has nae baws but it will end up in the spunking away of Ian's thirteen grand. He can hardly get it back from two bankruptees.Well.their previous creditors couldn't.

  1. A very bad move 'Doctor' with your latest photo, trying to involve previous Trust Board Directors who have nothing whatsoever to do with the 'Stars' event. You really shouldn't have done that when 'Wild Bill' is still around. So 'Doctor', well, well, well, you are in actual fact a bankrupt, no wonder you were able to help your wee friend around all the ins and outs and of how to get him out of his financial predicament in owing so much money. At least 3 years poll tax your wee pal owes ; what's that, about three and a half grand, probably rising ? Who else is owed money ?(that's a rhetorical question by the way). How much did your wee pal Gallacher actually steal from the Trust ??? Imagine stealing from your own fans, utterly despicable. The 'Stars' night came along at the right time for your wee pal, eh 'Doctor' ? Plundered at least three grand, probably more. Rab. Carol. Are you out there. I'm told Gallacher counted ALL the bar money so why didn't he know how much had been taken ? He counted every single penny. Four different sets of figures, receipts destroyed, 'zedded' the till. Well 'Doctor', a right bad move by you this time. Believe it or not I actually feel sorry for your other 'pal' Ian MacGregor, having been conned out of thirteen grand for lawyers fees, all because you tried to cover up for your wee pal Jim and also to try and take down the Trust. Ian, I am shaking my head at this minute in despair of you. You are a fool 'Doctor'. I look forward to your next blog. You should beware what you print. Yours 'Wild Bill Hickock'.

    1. Mortonjag has plenty of bottle(s) - Morrison's is just round the corner from him where he buys most of his booze. It must be hard going drinking a bottle of whisky a day. Maybe he should check in somewhere to get dried out (again) - know what I mean 'Doctor' !? An alcoholic bankrupt, helping another bankrupt to con a so called friend thousands of miles away in Australia out of thirteen grand. By the way 'Doctor', did yer wee bankrupt pal ever tell you how much he pocketed from the bar takings at the stars night - he counted every penny in the till and then dispossed of the till roll and "z'd' the till mechanism.
Five grand I reckon, but only yer wee pal knows how much as he counted all the till money. A clever wee boy, eh 'Doctor'. He conned you and then you conned McGregor. What a three-some, you all deserve one another.

  8. Sports agent Leigh Steinberg filed for bankruptcy protection Wednesday, saying he takes responsibility for debts of several million dollars.

"I just lost track while I was in rehab," Steinberg told The Associated Press. The agent, who was the inspiration for the movie "Jerry Maguire," said he struggled with alcohol for years but has been sober since 2010.

His attorneys filed the Chapter 7 petition late Wednesday in federal bankruptcy court in Santa Ana, Calif.

The filing comes weeks after an Orange County Superior Court commissioner authorized but didn't issue a bench warrant for Steinberg after he failed to appear in court in a case involving a $1.4 million debt. Steinberg said his attorney agreed to change the date of a hearing, told him not to show up and then failed to reschedule.

Court documents show a default judgment ordered Steinberg to pay the Irvine Co. for office space he leased in Newport Beach.

The agent said his debts are larger than the $1.4 million owed to the Irvine Co., and that his attorneys are still compiling the total. He said his only assets are some stock.

Steinberg has represented NFL stars such as Troy Aikman, Warren Moon, Steve Young and Ben Roethlisberger. He was the inspiration for Tom Cruise's character in 1996's "Jerry Maguire." The movie turned "Show me the money!" into an enduring catchphrase, although Steinberg isn't known to use that phrase.

Steinberg issued a statement shortly after the filing.

He said he delayed filing for bankruptcy for several years "because of my moral and legal obligation to people who advanced me funds or performed services in good faith. But the constant and aggressive collection efforts and press initiatives undertaken by creditors have harassed my family and prevented me from working to be able to pay these debts."
