Subject: RE: MONIES FOR STARS OF 79 NIGHT

To be honest I didn't realise I'd have to produce a receipt for things.

I hold my hands up and say there is very few VAT receipts that I'm able to produce however the final Income & Expenditure sheet handed over will be as true and accurate an account that I can produce. Sean will not be responsible for any of it and I will take full responsibility for it.

Cheers
Jim

Well imagine that. One minute he says Donnelly took the money now an email appears where he says Donnelly wasn't responsible.

Explain that jaggy, wee Jim lying to you again was he. You must be really pissed off at being conned? What about Newton, feck me he must be beelin giving you £13k to help with the lawyers fee's. I bet he didn't know that you and wee fat boy were bankrupts when you asked him for money.
I bet you didn't even know wee Jim had a Trust deed when you asked Newton for money. You three deserve each other!!!

    1. Good gracious anonymous - you've read my mind to a 'T' and NO I didn't 'OK' cash payments to cheat on V.A.T. I did it to confuse Danny the Fanny.

Thank goodness it's all going to come out in court after all - just as I always promised.

    2. Question 2 for Ernie/HarryJanuary 27, 2012 at 7:21 AM

      Question 2 for Ernie:

Jim Gallacher was in complete charge of the bar and its takings on the night - 4 separate witnesses saw him take and count all the money at different stages on the night.
Now, here's the question - as Jim had paid out everyone that needed to be paid out by the end of the night, what did Jim tell you happened with the final bar takings he was counting and pocketed at 1am in the morning and also the £1500 bar float that he collected the following morning from The Port Glasgow Town Hall. What did Jim say happened with this money ?
